Definition of Terms
- “HotelsWhere” is a trading name of 2xdx Ltd, registered in England and Wales with company number 8693395 and registered office at 483 Green Lanes, London, N13 4BS, United Kingdom.
- “HotelsWhere Website” is the website at the hotelswhere.com domain, including all pages at www.hotelswhere.com and all pages at all other subdomains.
- “HotelsWhere Content” is any content published by HotelsWhere, including but not limited to HotelsWhere Website, emails and other content.
- “User” is any person visiting and remaining on HotelsWhere Website and/or using HotelsWhere Content.
- “Other Party Content” is any content not published by HotelsWhere, including but not limited to online content, offline content, products, services, data, books and other media.
All HotelsWhere Content is protected by copyright. No part of HotelsWhere Content, including but not limited to text, charts, graphics, design, spreadsheets, formulas and code, must not be reproduced in any way without prior written permission from HotelsWhere.
Limitation of Liability
All HotelsWhere Content, including but not limited to HotelsWhere Website, is provided for entertainment purposes only. HotelsWhere is not liable for any damages resulting from using HotelsWhere Content, including but not limited to HotelsWhere Website, or acting upon any information it provides, even when such information is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or plain wrong. These damages include, but are not limited to, damages to life, health, property, equipment, loss of data, infection by malware, viruses and other harmful software, financial or business losses, also including lost revenue or opportunities, non-financial and non-material damages, and damages to Users and other entities.
HotelsWhere Content may mention or refer to Other Party Content. This must not be treated as a recommendation or endorsement under any circumstances, even when the wording might seem so. HotelsWhere does not own or control and therefore can not influence Other Party Content, its accurateness, timeliness and compliance with the law. HotelsWhere is not liable for any damages resulting from using Other Party Content.
Affiliate and Referral Relationships
HotelsWhere may have affiliate or referral relationships with online travel agencies, booking portals, providers of other products and services, and providers of Other Party Content. HotelsWhere may receive a commission or referral fee when User is referred to Other Party websites or content by HotelsWhere. User is aware of the potential conflict of interest these relationships may cause.
Other Party Trademarks
Some names, labels, abbreviations, and other expressions discussed in HotelsWhere Content are trademarks of other parties. These other parties have no responsibility for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of HotelsWhere Content.
When interacting with the HotelsWhere Website, User may be asked to provide personal information including but not limited to name and email address. This personal information may be stored in databases owned and maintained by HotelsWhere or other entities providing these services to HotelsWhere. While effort is being made to keep it secure, HotelsWhere does not assume responsibility for a possible loss or inadvertent release of personal information of Users for reasons beyond HotelsWhere’s control, such as in case of theft, disaster or technical failure.
Changes to This Agreement
HotelsWhere reserves the right to add, remove, or amend parts of this Agreement at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately. It is a responsibility of User to review the Agreement whenever using HotelsWhere Content.
Any changes to this Agreement proposed by User will be immediately rejected by HotelsWhere and will be of no effect.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is to be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom. Disputes between HotelsWhere and Users that arise under this agreement and from a User using HotelsWhere Content in general are to be resolved by the courts of the United Kingdom.
If any clause of this Agreement is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful or otherwise unenforceable, the other clauses of this Agreement still apply and continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable clause would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the clause will continue in effect.
