Camel safari and camel riding are very popular tourist attractions in Gran Canaria. You can find several different providers of camel rides and a few places where you can see camels on the island – most of them, as with other tourist attractions, are concentrated near the south coast of Gran Canaria, especially around Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés.
Probably the best know camel safari in Gran Canaria is Camel Safari Park La Baranda, located in Barranco de Fataga on the way from Maspalomas to San Bartolomé de Tirajana – see more information here: Camel Safari Park La Baranda.
