How to Get to Lampugnano Bus Station

The easiest and fastest way to get to Lampugnano bus station from most places in Milan is by metro. There is a metro station directly at the bus station, which is also named Lampugnano. The station is on metro line 1 (red), its north-western branch to Rho Fiera.

By metro it is 10 stops from Duomo (the main square with cathedral), taking about 15-20 minutes. Therefore, unless you are coming to Milan particularly for football or horse racing, it might be better to stay directly in the city centre, which also has much more accommodation options, more shops, restaurants, nightlife and other tourist infrastructure.
